CUSTOMER CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This consent form has been prepared as an integral part of your current employment contract within the scope of the processing, storage, and sharing of "Personal Data" of real or legal persons or enterprises, regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Due to the commercial activities carried out, we record identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, drawings and calculations related to systems and facilities, the content of our project services; All or part of these systems based on building type and purpose of use in accordance with applicable standards, laws, and regulations, while considering the employer's requests, together with projects - plans and related drawings, decisions of application, and operational data, legal transaction and compliance information, as well as marketing and sales information - purchasing, selling, offers - orders, delivery notes, invoices, employment contracts, and similar written and visual documents from our customers, potential customers, business partners, suppliers, etc.

This consent form allows for the processing of your personal and/or sensitive personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; the complete or partial acquisition, recording, storage, modification, updating, periodic review, reorganization, classification, retention for the duration required for the purposes for which they were processed or as prescribed by law, and the sharing of your data with public institutions and organizations in Turkey to which your company is legally obliged, under the explanations outlined above, for legal or service-related actual necessities. I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my data, fully informed and aware of the subject matter, without any reservations.
