INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This document has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data by the data controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Our company specializes in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage solutions and is a company engaged in contracting and implementation of strong and weak current electrical internal and external installation projects.

Our Mission:

In the field of electrical applications, we aim to be aware of the changing needs of our customers, to meet increasing demands by providing high-quality solutions, to work with honesty by efficiently using our values, and to add value to our customers' investments and projects, ensuring their satisfaction and continuity.

Purpose of Data Processing:

We collect and store your personal data in compliance with the law, ensuring the highest level of security to protect your privacy. We share the data with public institutions and organizations as required by law.

Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data will be collected and processed by 627 Electrical Contracting Inc. as the data controller within the scope explained below.

a) Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected either electronically or physically. The personal data collected based on legal reasons can be processed and shared in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Personal data may be collected in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, security information, drawings, and calculations related to systems and facilities, operational data, legal compliance, and marketing-sales information.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in order to offer products and services customized to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, to carry out commercial activities, to plan and execute our company's business strategies, and to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial security of those with whom we have business relationships.

c) Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with business partners, authorized public institutions, and legal entities as required for the customization, offering, and execution of services and products, and for the execution of our company's commercial activities in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

d) Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

As personal data subjects, you can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law by submitting your requests to our company. Your requests will be evaluated and concluded within 30 days at the latest.

In accordance with Article 11, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, and request notification of the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and request notification of the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the processing of personal data exclusively through automated systems that lead to negative consequences for you,
• Request compensation for damages if your personal data is processed unlawfully.

Legal Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for the period specified in the relevant legislation. In this context, personal data is retained for the periods specified in laws such as:

• Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data,
• Law No. 6098 Turkish Code of Obligations,
• Law No. 5510 on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance,
• Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications,
• Law No. 4857 on Labor,
• Other relevant secondary regulations.

Causes Requiring Deletion

Personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when:

• The legal provisions forming the basis for processing are amended or repealed,
• The purpose requiring data processing or storage ceases to exist,
• The data subject withdraws their explicit consent when the data was processed based solely on that consent,
• The data subject exercises their right to request deletion or destruction under the Law, and the request is approved by the Personal Data Protection Board,
• The maximum retention period has expired and there is no legal basis for retaining the data any longer.

To exercise your rights or submit any requests, you may send a signed copy of the petition by hand, via notary public, or by registered mail to:
